Google rolled out some API changes last night that keep the services from sending messages ealier today. We have implemented the changes required to get everything back up and running and things are back to normal.
I wasn't able to initiate and account, I used passwords from my gmail account but noth worked. The error message said that it was unable to send any text to either of the numbers provided
