The latest problem that was discovered is that some messages with empty bodies where failing to be forwarded as text messages. This has now been fixed and the site is running smoothly.

big fan of this service, thanks. Was wondering if I can change my account information at any time? Like my password or source email?
ReplyDeleteEditing account information and changing passwords has not yet been rolled out on the site. These functions are under test and will be rolled out once our QA is complete.
ReplyDeleteIn the mean time if you need to make changes the best way to accomplish this is to email GVGateway.net@gmail.com. We can delete your account and you can reregister with the updated information.
I am having a problem where even though there is a body to my email, the only thing in the text is the subject line.
ReplyDeleteCan you please send such an email to your GVGateway.net account so it is forwarded as an SMS message but also copy GvGatewayBeta@gmail.com.
ReplyDeleteWe need to analyze the email message and see any corresponding log entires to debug this.
